Bar Supervisor Required

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist the Bar Manager in ensuring that the bar is effectively managed and provides optimal quality value for money products and services.
• Ensure the health and safety of Union Staff, members, customers and any approved contractors utilizing the services / facilities of the shop.
• Ensure that the bar is sufficiently stocked to meet demand, stock awaiting sale is kept at optimum condition and wastage is minimized and recorded.• Assist the Bar Manager with the effective promotion and advertising of bar services activities and products, completing all required paperwork
