Job Description
• To prepare on daily basis food requisitions as assigned.
• To maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
• To performs all the necessary kitchen operations as per designation
• To control costs by minimizing spoilage, waste, proper storage and exercising strict portion control as per Café Bateel policies
Requirements:
• Food specialist with a proven track record within their respected industry.
• At least 2 years experience working in Hospitality including handling similar positions
• Must be polite and maintain a good communication line
• Displays emotional maturity and sensitivity in dealing with others.
• Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
• A Team player.
• Should be able to work under pressure.
• The ability to deliver results within a pressurized deadline driven environment
