Handling and resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining customer records and updating account information as necessary
Processing orders, refunds, or exchanges according to company policies
Collaborating with other departments, such as sales or technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude and demeanor at all times
