Junior Project Engineer (Pump Packages)

Work with various departments, vendors, customers & personnel for execution of project deliverables
Actively take part in the proposals preparations for pump package and familiarize with the sizing, selection, and applications of various product line within the PFT portfolio
Create and maintain required work scopes of the project such as approved quotes, purchase orders and change orders as required throughout the duration of the project lifecycle
Responsible for all project planning activities including scope identification, creation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP), risk register and closure reports
Responsible for monitoring project progress and reporting to senior engineer/Project Manager in a timely manner
Prepare progress reports, package documents/ drawings as required by the contract and approved VDRL. Ensure all the deliverables are submitted as per agreed project scope and timelines
Participate in design review meetings with engineering, construction departments as required. Perform vendors visit and site inspections to monitor progress for completion the project.
Define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the construction works and manage their development and delivery to ensure that the project is delivered in a manner consistent with business unit requirements and conditions of the contract
Create and maintain detailed project tracking report, develop effective action plans for resolution as early as possible
Be conversant and ensure projects meet industry leading quality standards like ISO, API 674/676, ASME, ATEX, DNV, & functional safety SIL etc.,
Participate in the factory acceptance checks at vendor locations and factory as required for each project
Attend project issues and escalate any unexpected delays and cost overruns to senior engineer/project manager. Ensure to maintain high standard of customer satisfaction and client expectations of offered product and services.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, and should work effectively in a team environment
Responsible to follow all applicable company and corporate policies, procedures, and programs, including but not limited to the department procedures and processes, safety, and environmental requirements.
Ensure all relevant safety objectives and compliance/legal requirements are adhered for all work completed in compliance with all HSE & company policy
