PROJECT CIVIL ENGINEER WITH TRAKHEES AND UAE EXPERIENCE ONLY!!!

Must be a Civil Engineer who have knowledge of submission to Dubai Civil Defense, Municipality, Tecom, Trakhees, Nakheel and able to do drawing preparation and coordination with consultant and client, sub-contractor etc. Should be aware of the Dubai Municipality & Trakhees/ Nakheel procedures & standards.
To look after and manage complete site activities
Technically take care of all the activities of site & discuss it with project manager.
Coordination with consultant for updating & quick resolving of issues obstructing continuation of activities.
Managing with subcontractor sequence of execution of activities
To prepare Material Requisitions (MR)
To track MRs to quickly issue LPO in order to proceed for site activities
To carry out inspection at site with the consultant.
To read, understand and implement the work according to the approved method statement.
Managing material availability according to specs & site activities
Planning and giving realistic schedule of activities for the next month in order to be on schedule.
Coordination with HSE & MEP manager for successful execution of structure & architectural activities.
Monitoring & control of manpower & machine production of work
To verify invoices of subcontractors in terms of quality of work and quantity.
