Receptionist Required

Job Description:
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting the clients in person and over the telephone, answering and referring inquiries, booking meetings, organising refreshments, keeping the office clean and tidy as well as maintaining all the pantry supplies. You will be the go-to person in the office therefore it is essential that you enjoy working in a team environment.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience working as a Receptionist within a professional environment. You should be well presented with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to your work. You should also be fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under your own initiative.
