1. Attending the customers at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and directing them properly.
2. Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
3. Maintaining work flow and developing working procedure.
4. Resolves administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions.
5. Provides information by answering questions and requests.
6. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating need supplies, placing orders and verifying receipt of supplies.
7. Any other tasks as assigned.
