Required HR-Admin Officer

Responsibilities
Managing all HR related duties such as:
– Handle recruitment process (Job posting, short listing the candidates and arrange interviews etc.)
– Handle employee on boarding & exit procedures.
– Manage employment residency requirements for UAE through PROs and keep track of visa renewals. Also assist in various travels visa requirements of the team.
– Manage the monthly payroll activities.
– Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
– Maintaining employees’ records, leave tracking.
– Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
– Manage petty cash of office.
– Handle employee’ grievances.
Admin work:
– Provides administrative support for the Management.
– Arrange weekly meeting, making travel arrangements and handling telephone communications, greeting and directing visitors, and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate.
– Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain departmental records and databases, as appropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the office.
– Process paperwork for employees or customers.
– Keep office area clean and organized.
Qualification
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
– Highly experienced in Payroll
– Good managerial skills and have a strong personality.
– Knowledge of UAE labour law.
– Proficient in English.
– Exemplary planning and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems.
– High degree of discretion and confidentiality
