Steel Fabrication Production and Estimation Engineer wanted (Project management Skills a must)

We are exciting steel fabrication company growing at steady pace requiring an engineer with out of box thinking who has
i, great project management skills
ii, estimation of projects
iii, has minimum of 3 years UAE steel fabrication experience
iv, knows estimation of steel projects
v, great time management skills
vi, fabrication preferably in non-oil sector as flat trailers Semi,Trailer, tanks, waste skips etc.
vii, is able to implement systems and adopt change.
viii, Arabic or Malayalam speaking would be an asset.
ix, UAE driving licence would be an asset.
x, Autocad skills is a must
