Accountant with 6-7 years of UAE Experience

We need an Accountant with MINIMUM 6-7 years of UAE experience
ONLY INDIAN CANDIDATES TO APPLY
Job Description:
• Ensure all revenues are reconciled and updated in the system by the first week
of every month.
• Prepare the complimentary Credit Note and do posting in the ERP system.
• Prepare contract invoices and do posting in the system.
• Maintain contracts file arranged and keep updated.
• Follow up on the contract expiry and check with clients on the renewal status and prepare the new contracts.
• Prepare revenue reconciliation monthly for all contracts, Limousine, Bus, and Valet.
• Prepare Receipt vouchers and SOA for clients.
• Send updated SOA upon receipts & monthly.
• Prepare Ageing report and follow-ups on the receivable payments and discuss with the Finance Manager.
• Daily cash and cheques received to be deposited in the bank.
• Prepare Cash summary on daily basis.
• Prepare Salik report, Darb report, Adnoc report, and ATHEER report, Journal voucher expense, prepare invoices for clients and do posting in ER system.
• Prepare VAT Register and ensure filing on the due date.
• Knowledge in payroll processing and reconciliation
