Admin and Accounts Assistant with Tally Experience

Responsibilities
 Assisting Accounts Dept. in AR & AP functions.
 Preparing and issuing of invoices for billing purposes.
 Liaise with customers on billing issues.
 Inputting invoices from suppliers into SAP.
 Liaise with suppliers on discrepancies in invoices.
 Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ “A” Levels/ “O” Levels.
 Candidates with administrative experience will also be considered.
