We are hiring Property Consultant for our Reputed company located in Business Bay

Responsibilities:

Mediate dealing with between seller developers and buyers ensuring good conduct and

the honest exchange of information

present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concern.

Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

Coordinate With developers Properties for new released Projects

Actively source new clientele through marketing and advertising initiatives

Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them

Assist sellers landlord in how to best promote their properties to

attract advantageous offers

We have full Admin Support for Advertising Portals

Requirements:

3-5 years Experience

RERA will be offered by the company

Driving license- preferred

Ability to work under Pressure

Multitasking

Note: This job is mainly based on High incentives and commission.
