-Organize and maintain personnel records
-update internal databases
-Revise company policies
-Thorough knowledge of labor laws
-Renewal of company trade license
-Arranging employment visas for employees, renewals, health cards and insurance
-solving conflict and employee grievances
-Excellent skills in handling and advising on complex people management issues
-Strong communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills in Arabic & English, with experience in managing multicultural teams
-All other HR & admin related tasks
