Required for Reputed Company.
Experience in the same field is needed.
The applicant should be highly organized.
Strong knowledge of filing systems.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
Ability to use office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners and many others.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and maintaining a filing system.
Monitoring the level of office supplies and placing orders as required.
Conducting research on materials to archive.
Updating file records.
