QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a trading company
• Excellent computer, business and communication skills. Writing, grammar and spelling abilities are essential for anyone interested
• Advance in using Microsoft Office tools especially in Outlook and Word.
• Ability to stay organized and able to pay attention to details.
• Strong reading comprehension in order to complete assignments in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Compose letters or electronic correspondence in reply to requests for merchandise, damage claims, credit and other information, delinquent accounts, incorrect billings, or unsatisfactory services.
• Gathering data to formulate reply and preparing emails.
• Prepare business emails and route communication to other departments for reply.
• Maintain files and control records to show correspondence activities
• Compile data from records to prepare periodic reports
