Cost Estimator and Accountant

We are looking for Cost Estimator Cum Accountant:
Responsibilities:
 Works effectively and efficiently to provide quality service to satisfy service expectations; seeks ways to improve service delivery; demonstrates strong project management skills.
 Minimum 2 years of experience in estimate the purposes required for printing, Exhibition, and Events.
 Proficiency with MS Office to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
 Ability to interact with customers, vendors and inter-company personnel on a professional level.
 Evaluate bids and change order proposals
 Perform bid negotiations to reconcile bids to budgets
 Prepare cost comparisons, proposals and market trend analysis for clients
 Perform detailed quantity surveys
 Verify pricing on materials and labor
 Set up proper accounting systems
Provide routine and non-routine financial reports including:
1. Departmental report
2. Variance report
3. Monthly comparison of performance
4. Highlights on key performance indicators
5. Prepare cash flow projections
6. Compile proprietor’s accounts
7. Set up accounting policies and procedures
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of computerized systems e.g. Microsoft. Office/Windows applications, especially in Excel Working Under pressure.
Excellent written and communication skills.
An understanding of how to deliver to internal controls, deadlines and business processes.
An enthusiastic team player.
