DC Mechanical Engineer

Description

Minimum 5 years’ experience in all types of HVAC, in a FM environment OR Testing and commissioning experience
• Good Communication skills
• Strong HVAC fault finding and maintenance technical Knowledge
• Ability to analyze different cooling systems’ design issues
• Proficiency in writing of technical reports
• Should have experience in Service, maintenance and repairs of chiller machines and general air conditioning
• Knowledge of various compressors such as screw and scroll etc.
• Able to perform mechanical calculations and develop requirements
• Advise and guide junior staff or technicians for HVAC fault rectification /technical suggestions
• Make load calculations to determine how much heating and cooling power various equipment must put out in order to heat or cool spaces when needed
• Operation knowledge of various types of HVAC equipment including air handling units, fans, coils and condensing units
• Attending and conducting client meetings in order to clearly understand job/owner requirements and expectations. Includes, project review meetings and Enhancement work
• Good knowledge in cooling and energy optimization
• Knowledge of maintain the chilled water cooling system efficiency
