Job Descriptoin

Job Description
• Assists in establishing a filling system to incorporate the data handling for all the projects.
• Maintain files, file room and inventory records organized and available as necessary.
• Handling and distribution of all types of projects documents and submittals such as drawings, specifications, RFI’s, letters, reports.
• Maintain Computerized work Order System as directed.
• To scan information into correct documentation packages.
• Manage databases as assigned.
• Prepare letters, labels, envelopes, documents, reports, etc.
• Prepare logs for all types of documents.
• File, copy, and/or deliver or mail documents.
• Fill for other positions as necessary.
• Assists in preparing agenda material for Staff Meetings, Managers meetings, others.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations/reports as requested.
• To coordinate with all departments to collate contract documents.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, etc report as required.
• Assist Contracts manager to prepare periodical progress reports on Contracts.
• Draft contractual letters to the client and the consultants/contractors.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
