Electrical Engineer

 Preparation of drawings as per DEWA, BS and NEC Standards.
 Project execution of Mall, Building and Restaurant.
 Lightings & Cables Selection, Sizing and Cable insulation testing etc.
 Getting submittals approved from consultant and client.
 Prepare progress reports and attend meetings with consultants and clients
 Reply to consultants/client comments on the shop drawings and material submittals submitted
 Arranging submittal with all technical specifications for the approval of authority.
 Preparing electrical Load schedules.
 Selection of Transformer according to the connected load.
 Design of Power System Layout including Load Calculations.
 Voltage Drop Calculations, Cable Selection, & Transformer Selection.
 Provide work schedule and technical assistance and monitor the proper implementation of work
 Prepare material take offs, material requisitions and sending the order confirmation to supplier for material purchase.
 Checking of material deliveries, request for inspection and submittal to client for billing.
 Monitor and record daily, weekly and monthly activities until the full completion of the project.
 Preparation of Emergency & Exit layout drawing as per civil defense standard.
 Calculation of lighting, power load, breaker capacity, cable size.
 Over all site supervision, monitoring and engineering of all complete MEP site activities.
 To resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
 Reading of all civil drawings to carry out the installation as per approved drawings and specifications.
 Reporting progress reports to the Project Manager.
 Prepared materials take-off from drawings and ordered materials from Manufacturers and suppliers
 Attending the Technical & Progress meetings at site
 Inspecting the electrical services installations and materials at site
 Coordination with Architect and Client
 Coordination with client, architect and main civil contractor
 Inspect the back boxes and DB enclosure fixing.
 Inspect the wiring of lighting / power cct’s.
 Site progress reporting to the project Manager
