FINANCE MANAGER

Description

We are looking for a Finance Manager with the following broad responsibility.
We are Dubai based enterprise consisting of several companies and having presence in JAFZA, DUBAI, Abu Dhabi & Muscat is active in the field of EPC, trading & Integration activities in Engineering field.
These Companies are growing and are faced with the challenge of working capital, cash flow & cost control etc.

Job Requirements and Responsibility:-
•Qualification – Charted Accountant /Bachelor Degree / Business Administration.
•He will be critical member of the Senior Management team.
•The suitable candidate should have UAE/Gulf experience with minimum 7yrs. Of experience and should be prepared for challenging tough KPI but will get suitable reward.
•To monitor financial health of the company. Produce MIS for each project, division and company. To develop strategy to fulfill the company business strategy. To motivate, lead and manage the ream to ensure KPI are met and to continuously improve the goal.
•To liaise with the banks and raise money for the company business requirements and to maintain business relationship and ratings with the Banks/Financial institution. To maximum the value of the company. The money can be raised by equity, debt, term loan, borrowing, working capital loans etc.
•Monitor day to day financial operation in the company such as payroll, invoicing, receivable, payable, profitability, budget and to put in place financial policies and procedures.
Salary and benefit with performance based bonus will be part of package.
