Position : Finance Manager

Location : Abu Dhabi

Industry : Contracting

Req : At least 5 years of exp in similar role in contracting or construction field. Good in trade finance. Ability to handle department fully independently. Good and sound knowledge in Dealing with financial institution. Good and sound knowledge in project finance, working capital finance, Letter of credits and other fund facilities ( including various guarantee lines with banks). In charge of internal Audit Evaluating, improving internal control systems and procedure and business system. Preparing of time to time financial reports and statements. Good in Project forecasting and analyzing variation in actual BOQ’s. Liase with sub-contractors and, clients against certified amounts. Preparing cash flow statement and project costing sheet. Responsible for CAPEX and OPEX budgets. Fully responsible for finalization of external audit. Responsible for Accounts department ( AR, AP, GL etc.)

Salary : AED 8000-10000

Language – English, Arabic will be added advantage

Requirements
Experience: 5 years
Bachelor degree
