Description

Qualified applicants should posses the following work experience;

At least 3 years experience in IT support in office environment;
Good communication skills (English is a must, Urdu, Hindi and Arabic is a plus);
Installation, configuration and maintenance of MAC and PC software in support of business needs;
Configuration and support for Android and IOS mobile devices;
Troubleshooting and repair of PC hardware;
Purchasing of IT Equipment’
Installation, configuration and management of wireless and wired network;
Cabling for voice and data;
User configuration of email clients;
Configuration and management of Panasonic PABX system;
Configuration of NAS systems (Xigmanas, Synology);
Email configuration, deployment, management and troubleshooting (web, pop, map)
