Front Office Executive

Job Descriptoin

Job Responsibilities:
– Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
– Answering the switchboard, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
– Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
– Maintaining employees attendance records
– Manage and keep updated records of office expenses
– Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (Maintain monitor logbook)
– Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
– Fleet Administration:
Driver Management
Car Management
Aligning the drivers schedule as per the requirements of
Management of Fuel and Salik allowances.
Monitoring all, record maintenance and Monthly Report
