Responsible for the general management, administration, development and control of the company. • Responsible for formulating, implementing & controlling the policies, procedures & manual of the company. • Responsible for preparing the Organizational Structure, planning & projecting manpower requirements and preparing job specification, job description for every position as reflected in the approved Organization Structure. • Responsible for selecting, inducting, orienting, developing, motivating & rewarding of the total workforce within the company. • Responsible for managing the company in the most efficient, effective and profitable manner. • Responsible for maintaining the continuity and development of the company business. • Responsible for identifying growth potential areas of company business • Responsible for decision making, decision executing and forwarding planning related to accomplishing company & corporate objectives. • Responsible for participating corporate values • Responsible for safeguarding reputation, image and credibility of the company and the group at all times. • Responsible for exercising day-to-day functional control over entire activities of the company. • Responsible for directing & coordinating organizational functional units so that their activities are carried out in an integrated manner. • Responsible for exercising the financial authority within the purview set by the Managing Director & the Board of Directors. • Responsible for developing broad organizational goals, objectives and strategies in accordance with established mandate and corporate vision & mission as agreed by the Board of Directors. • Responsible for management of human resources of the company. • Responsible for implementing on a continuous basis an organizational structure and staffing plan that meets the ongoing and future operational & organizational needs of the company • Responsible for ensuring an infrastructure that motivates rewards and compensate employees in a manner consistent with individual and group achievement. • Responsible for facilitating the control process including establishing of standards, measuring performance against these standards and correcting the deviations from these standards & plans.
