1. Following instructions of Quality Assurance Manager, Food safety team as well as cleaning In-charge for the implementation of established cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure the facility to be under hygienic conditions.
2. Knowing the names of chemicals with their proper dilution to be applied for washing and sanitizing the bun line & other than bun line machinery of production areas are in progress.
3. Maintain proper cleaning and sanitation as per schedules.
4. Maintain proper cleanliness and hygienic conditions for production areas and outside areas as per the SSOPs.
5. Knowing the frequency of washing and sanitizing the parts of machinery and food contact surfaces in their respective assigned areas as per the SSOPs.
6. Knowing the job safety and food safety when applying chemicals and lubricants.
7. Knowing the standard operating procedures for cleaning and sanitation.
8. In case of any incident of non-conformity reported to cleaning in-charge.
