HR Assistance

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Maintain employee records and ensure all HR files are up-to-date and confidential.
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Prepare and update HR documents, such as employment contracts and employee handbooks.
Process employee requests related to HR issues, rules, and regulations.
Support payroll activities by maintaining accurate attendance and leave records.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
Manage the HR email inbox and ensure timely responses to queries.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and payroll.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong administrative and multitasking abilities.
Experience:
At least 1 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Work Environment:
The job involves working in an office setting.
May require occasional travel for recruitment fairs or training sessions.
