HR Officer/Executive

REQUIRED

 Pakistani or Indian candidates are required.
 Degree in Business Administration and/or HR
 Atleast 3~4 years’ hands-on experience in HR in UAE.
 Must be available in UAE currently.
 Firm knowledge of UAE Labour Laws.
 Experience of recruiting and managing blue-collar staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Conducting Employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
 Process monthly payroll with accuracy and confidentiality.
 Calculate Overtime and additional payment as per company policy and Labor Law.
 Process Final settlement dues for separating staff according to Labor Law.
 Maintaining and regularly updating Master database (personal file, personal database, etc.)
 Educating staff regarding Policies and Procedures to ensure vision, mission and goals are achieved.
 Conducting Exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
 Investigating and providing guidance on Employee relations issues through progressive disciplinary process.
 Keep current with employment law and HR regulations to ensure regulatory compliance.
 Counseling and mentoring employees and Management team to provide impartial determination to employee issues and to seek an effective resolution.
 Identifying vacancies and sourcing candidates and match applicant with open positions, background and reference checks.
 Ensuring legal compliance.
 Implementing and administering Performance management processes.
 Worked closely with management to determine staffing requirements for Manpower planning, identified and recommended potential candidates for promotions.
 Counseled employees on performance to improve quality of service and efficiency.
 Overseeing day-to-day operation of the HR Department ensuring compliance and adherence to any deadlines or project milestones.
