HR Payroll Co-ordinator
•On-going maintenance of payroll payment databases (Adding new employees on WPS, remove terminations, salary increments, bonuses, modify changed bank details, etc)
•Pass month end payroll accounting entries (SWB accruals, Payment entry & cross charging between entities) and generate management reports
•Processing payments & cheques for employees.
•Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries, technical issues with payroll transfers.
•Review & pay transactions (airfare ticket allowances, End of service transactions, Advance housing, Loans, final settlements, reimbursements)
•Human Power budget preparation.
•Responds to inquiries regarding payroll procedures for the purpose of providing necessary information for making decisions, assisting employees & taking appropriate action
•Assists in developing reporting processes, procedures, and internal controls for the purpose of maintaining the efficient flow of financial processes.
•Experience in handling the payroll and employee grievances
•Ensure employee communications is effective within the Organization
•Design, implement and monitor induction/orientation and training and development programs
•Develop, implement and monitor a performance management system
•Manage remuneration, recognition and reward programs
•Manage career development and succession planning programs
•Manage and advise on any employee relations issues
•Preparation of HR reports and management of HR information systems
•Counsel employees on HR related issues
•Manage employee terminations
•Gather feedback on the effectiveness of HR and continuously improve HR practices
•Measure the impact of HR practices on business results
