Description

1. Possess complete and thorough knowledge of how to operate all kitchen equipment and machinery, including cleaning and maintenance practices.
2. Work within operational standards to ensure the kitchen
Assist in the food preparation process, completing allocated and routine tasks as instructed
3. Arrange for the efficient storage of goods as per guidelines
Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management
Knowledge of Kitchen based firefighting equipment and the appropriate extinguisher for the appropriate fuel element in the event of a fire.
4. Has Basic knowledge of Food and Hygiene training
5. Knowledge of policy and fire-safety procedures
