MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEER FOR FACILITY MANAGEMENT IN DUBAI

A. MECHANICAL ENGINEER – FACILITY MANAGEMENT
• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience with 3-5 years Supervisory Experience.
• Should be familiar with standards of regulatory bodies as applicable to operational contracts including ASHRAE, CIBSE, NFPA, DM, EHS
• Involve in Construction HVAC Design and approval stage.
• Involve in handing Over HVAC Works Including Testing and Commissioning Responsibilities.
• Ability to analyze/oversee installation, service and maintenance works of all Refrigeration & Air conditioning equipment/systems within the assigned operational area
• Ability to provide guidance & oversee troubleshooting of system failures on all types of lager capacity Refrigeration & Air Conditioning systems as and when required
• Decision Making Skills and Ownership and Accountability.
• Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written).
• Valid UAE driving license.
• good working knowledge of computerized maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

B. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER – FACILITY MANAGEMENT
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience with 1 years Supervisory Experience.
• Should be familiar with standards of regulatory bodies as applicable to operational contracts including IEE, ASHRAE, CIBSE, NFPA, DEWA, DM, EHS
• Ability to provide guidance troubleshooting of system failures on all types of lager Electrical Installations as and when require
• Involve in Construction Electrical Design and approval stage.
• Involve in handing Over HVAC Works Including Testing and Commissioning Responsibilities.
• Monitor & oversee Electrical Plan Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance.
• Monthly review of PM tasks planed vs actual and provide update report of achievement to Senior Manager with reasons and remedial actions for any pending tasks
• Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written)
• Possessing a valid UAE driving license
• Good working knowledge of computerized maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) will be an added qualification.
