Production Manager – Rolling shutter & Steel door
Overall leader in Production department
Responsible for all the aspects of production staffing, including adjusting staffing levels to meet demand requirements,training, performance feedback, and disciplinary action.
Leadership training, and development to supervisors and leads.
Successfully oversee production of product offering, from insuring accurate inventory of raw material to manufacturing quality product with efficient personnel, which translates into consistently satisfied customers
Communicate well with the Factory Incharge , customers and office personnel in order to plan, set and meet production goals that will provide excellent customer service
Promotes a safe working environment by example, and by assuring all safety procedures are followed.
Lead quality improvements, including investigating, determining root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.
Escalate issues to the appropriate personnel or Management in a timely manner; collaborate to resolution.
Actively participate in providing a safe and harmonious working environment for all employees
Develop and maintain performance metrics to monitor progress and keep Factory informed of status, challenges, accomplishments, and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in strategic business planning.
Work with other department managers to maintain efficient operations.
Lead effective cross-functional team projects.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, approachable, flexible.
Desire to immerse yourself in a new industry and become a key contributing member of the management team.
Spotting sales opportunities and maximizing sales opportunities.
Delivering good customer service.
Your expertise will be
Expert knowledge of Steel doors and rolling Shutter,gates and barrier.
Service, maintenance and installation engineering .
Requirement
Mechanical Engineering or any other Degree related to the same.
10-15 Years of Experience out of Which three years in a managerial Position
