Project Fit-Out Engineer Required

Job Description
Professional degree in Engineering or Architecture with 10+ years of total field experience , and at least 5 years in the Middle East.
Experience in fitouts project planning execution & management.Coordination with various subcontractors for MEP works,Civil work, Interior works,HVAC, firefighting etc,for Building and Complexes, Mixed use, Hospitality etc.
Excellent in Project Planning Skills organisation skills for people and resources to meet deadlines;
Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead your project team; the ability to source and negotiate supplier and control the budgets;
Excellent in Action Action plan preparation & reporting.

Will be involved in daily contact with the Client and/or Representative and must follow through with managing the workload of the team as well as invoicing and payment from the Client.
Excellent written and oral skills are required.Able to speak in Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus
Able to manage multiple project with the Authorities (Dm/DEWA/Civil Defense approval for all across UAE.
Ability to use some of the following: AutoCAD, Sketch up, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
