QHSE Officer

Responsibilities not limited to
Ensure the Organization meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting.
Ensure that all QHSE policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated to all.
Ensuring compliance of legal and customer’s HSE requirements.
Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
Ensure and arranging day to day permits requirements according to project specific requirements.
Provision of all type Protective clothing and equipment (PPE) to all work forces.
Conduct risk assessment, enforce preventative measures and regular review of risk assessments for all work operations.
Conduct and document health & safety inspections and report to HSE manager.
Ensure that all accidents are, investigated and recommended improvements implemented and documented.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Health and Safety.
NEBOSH IGC
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Similar Position in UAE.
