Quantity Surveyor Required
Location: Dubai

Our client, a fast growing organization is urgently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to be based in Dubai.In this role, you will have the following responsibilities.
1. Analyze actual progress and expenditure against plans and budgets and highlight any problems.
2. Coordinate with Engineering Department, Finance and Accounting Department and other projects Section Head on all matters pertaining to cost to ensure smooth delivery of information required by the Department.
3. Evaluate subcontractors & vendors progress invoices base on subcontract terms & conditions and process them for payment.
4. Provide advice and guidance to the Engineer/Contractor on all contract related issue.
5. Review of all Engineers instruction before formal notifications to the contractors.
6. Ensure that all insurances and bank guarantees are in place and monitor the expiry dates.
7. Preparation of monthly cost report.
8. Monitor and log all payment summary status.
Skills
1. Candidate should have 7-8 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor.
3. Candidate should have good communication skills.
4. Candidate should be graduate.
