Required Estimator

An estimator has to work according to the quantity provided by the Quantity Surveyor, he should also posses sound knowledge of the variety of materials used for all trade works. He should have in depth knowledge of materials and scope of works since he is the one who is proposing the client a material or an alternative material or an alternative scope of work inorder to excel the overall design.
