Welcome customers warmly and undertake registration tasks
Respond to incoming calls and handle reservations, confirmations, room requests as well as questions from the customers
Carry out dining reservations and provide menu information to the customers
Provide explanations on hotel services as well as other information as may be required
Respond to incoming phone calls in a timely manner
Keep up accurate records of mail, packages or any other items for the guests or customers
Handle guest issues and complaints
Conduct other similar duties as may be required.

Asian nationality preferred.
