The Company:
A Trading Company dealing in Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, Valves, Package Units, Ducted Splits, VRF, Chillers, Fan’s etc is looking for a Sales Engineer in the UAE to join on immediate basis.
Position Responsibilities:
1) Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for engineers and managers.
2) Manage office duties, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
3) Documents typing such as correspondence, drafts, memos, emails, prepare LPO’s, prepare reports weekly for management.
4) Perform other administration duties to support the team and Company as requested by management.
5) Plan and coordinate product delivery activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers.
6) Greet external visitors and provide appropriate guidance as needed.
7) Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
8) Manage incoming telephone calls and take action as required. Screen all calls and proactively handle any routine matters.
9) Answer customer questions about products, prices, products, availability etc.
10) Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms and delivery dates.
11) Maintain and update Statement of Accounts.
12) Prepare and issue invoices, follow up on late accounts in a discreet and professional manner.
13) Maintaining petty cash transactions, including writing receipts, preparing payment request forms etc.
14) Keeping And Preparing staff time records.
15) Recording, posting transactions for accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
