Roles & Responsibilities
· Develop sound understanding of IT operations and related applications and IT systems as well as business related processes and procedures
· Proactively make suggestions for improvement to existing IT Department procedures to enhance operations, productivity, end-user satisfaction, reduce risks and get more value from the company’s IT investments
· Be a voice of IT and ensure efficient support in a friendly manner is received for all internal and external users as well as suppliers, partners and vendors
· Maintain and consistently demonstrate a general knowledge of company guidelines, processes, practices and procedures
