Required Knowledge & Skills
Application Database Administrator
 ITIL – IT Service Management awareness
 7years’ experience in a technical Web Analyst and Database Administration support
 Experience in supporting and maintaining Microsoft IIS and Apache Tomcat webservers
 Experience in Windows PowerShell and Linux shell scripting systems
 Experience in Technical expertise on multiple platform
 Experience in Microsoft and Oracle DBMS
Support Engineer
 ITIL – IT Service Management awareness
 5 years’ experience in technical IT desktop and systems support
 Technical training certification e.g Cisco CCNA / Microsoft Certified IT Professional/ VMware VCP
 ITILv3 – IT Service Management awareness or foundation certificate
 Verbal and written communication skills for effective dialogue with customers over the telephone, email and face to face
System Administrator
 7+ years’ experience with VMware ESX / ESXi technology (vSphere 5.x and above)
 Basic networking and load balancing knowledge.
 Exposure to the LAMP stack a huge plus
 Experience with common services (DNS, NTP, LDAP), Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, System Monitoring.
