Wanted Male Nurse with DOH/HAAD

We are looking for Male Nurses with the following qualification and terms:

We need Male Nurses with degrees in B Nursing and Midwifery who have the MINIMUM experience and have either passed the Abu Dhabi DOH (Dept. of Health)/HAAD (Health Authority Abu Dhabi) Exams or those who already have their licenses issued and can transfer their licenses to Island falcon.

1-The rotations when the nurses are offshore are: 5 months work x 7 days per week x 12 hours per day followed by 30 days paid leave.
2-The salaries when the nurses are working offshore is:Dhs 5,500/month with free food/accommodation.
3-The salary during the 30 days leave is Dhs 4,000/- (30 days paid leave is standard for all nurses and all clients.
When on the 30 days leave the Nurses can either stay in the UAE at their own expenses or they can travel anywhere they want to (tickets are not provided during the leave rotations)
4-The rotation varies from maximum working offshore i.e. between 30 day work till 5 month work (maximum)
Rotations can vary from different clients but will not exceed the 5 months working offshore.
5-The nurses will arrange in Abu Dhabi and we will immediately send them for their OFFSHORE MEDICALS TESTS.
On acquiring their ‘Fit To Work Offshore’ from ADNOC; being the main client for any and all offshore barges operating in the UAE, we will arrange all their offshore safety courses (around 5 working days)
6-Those nurses who fail their offshore medicals will have to work at our Western Region Projects as a Project Nurse with a salary of Dhs 4,500/- free food and accommodation. For a continuous period of two years. With annual 30 days leave and pay but without tickets and on completing 25 months of work, we will arrange their return air tickets accordingly with 30 days leave and basic salary.

Job Description:

The Job Descriptions of the nurses are:
a. Basic First Aid when on board or when at Projects

b. Maintaining of Patient files and records.

c. IF the Nurse feel that after administering basic first aid, the patient still needs further treatment at an Hospital/ER, then the nurse will contact his HSE in charge (at projects) or the Captain (on barges) who will take the appropriate measures or actions by helicopter or by ambulance.
