Western Female IT Sales Executive (European preferably)

JOB PURPOSE:
• Ensure that the she meets and/or exceeds individual IT technology and services sales goals
• Work with the management team to institute processes and procedures that drive individual sales Knowledge of ERP Application, Mobile Application, Web development or ELV, Security systems & development.
• Well versed in multivendor Hardware and Software solutions
• Understands the difference between transactional and solutions based sales model
• Successful sales with complex services models including Service Desk, Out tasking, and Lifecycle Services
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue stream in accordance with your annual quota
• Exhibit outstanding business leadership skills in directing, leading and participating in business growth and expansion Demonstrate strong people and business leadership skills
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Excellent communication, presentation and executive presence skills
• Proven ability to hunt. develop and manage mid to enterprise clients
• Extensive experience in building a successful staff through continual training Successful track record in developing new business opportunities
Strong customer facing and presentation skills
• Outstanding skills in sates leadership, strategic planning and personnel management highly competitive and self-motivated with the ability to deliver results quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Team player
Driving License will be preferable.
• Bilingual is preferred
• Minimum Education Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 2years experience in UAE
